INFORMATIQUE SERVICE represents the commercial brand of Michel MONTIAS.

These general conditions of sale apply to products sold by INFORMATIQUE SERVICE on its commercial site Customers of the site   acknowledge having read and accepted themed without reservations.
These terms and conditions
of sale as well as the order confirmation on the merchant site constitute a contract between INFORMATIQUE SERVICE and the customer for the acquisition of the products. The contract can only be modified following acceptance by INFORMATIQUE SERVICE.




The prices of our products are expressed in Euros, net prices, excluding participation in shipping costs. All orders are payable exclusively in Euros. INFORMATIQUE SERVICE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.



Orders and payment are made via the website

By validating his order, the customer declares to accept these general conditions. The recorded data constitutes proof of the contractual transaction between the customer.



The ruleprocessing of orders is done exclusivelyby credit card or by using the Paypal transaction system. INFORMATIQUE SERVICE does not receive any data relating to the card transactionpayment used, he does not manage the details of card payments himself, an independent body collects and then remits the funds to him.

INFORMATIQUE SERVICE is therefore not responsible for incidents resulting from payment by card, theft of numbers or hacking of codes.




The products ordered remain the property of INFORMATIQUE SERVICE until full payment of their price.

Unless otherwise agreed, INFORMATIQUE SERVICE does not accept partial payments, the items must therefore be paid in full.




Any customer has a right of withdrawal and a maximum period of 15 working days from the date of receipt to return an item.Any shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.. Only the price of the products purchased will be refunded after deduction of bank charges (card or Paypal)

INFORMATIQUE SERVICE's after-sales service will examine the item received. If it is incomplete or damaged, a discount or even a refund cancellation may be applied.
Refunds are made within 30 days of receipt and acceptance. The refund will be made either to the PayPal account, or to the payment card, or by bank transfer after receipt of an IBAN. The customer will be notified of this reimbursement generally by e-mail to the address that will have been used when ordering on the site.



In principle, the DIAG002 and accessories are permanently available.

However, if it turns out to be unavailableto provide these products and that the order is already settled and cashed, or that this one is the object of a refusal, the refunding will be carried out in the 30 days according to the same methods as with the article RETRACTATION.

INFORMATIQUE SERVICE cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of a shortage of stock, nor in the event of disruption caused by force majeure: mainly faulty transport and in general any cause beyond its control. In all these cases, INFORMATIQUE SERVICE will release its direct or indirect responsibility in the event of prejudice which could result therefrom.


Products purchased on INFORMATIQUE SERVICE are delivered worldwide. The products are distributed to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering, with the exception of any other. Any error in the wording of the delivery address when ordering will be the responsibility of its author.

In accordance with article L.114-1 of theConsumer Code, in the event of a delay in delivery of more than 7 days after the scheduled delivery deadline, the customer has the option of canceling his order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within sixty (60) working days, always from the date indicated for the delivery of the product.

INFORMATIQUE SERVICE also undertakes to deliver the product ordered within a maximum period of one month from the order, otherwise it  then undertakes to reimburse the customer under the conditions referred to in Article L.121-20-1 of the Consumer Code, i.e. within 30 days.

INFORMATIQUE SERVICE cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.

On delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the packaging as well as that of the products. If a package is damaged, the customer must refuse it. The customer must not sign the delivery note without making specific reservations (anomaly, damaged packaging, damaged product, etc.). The customer must also confirm the reservations to the carrier no later than 2   working days following receipt of the package and send a copy of this letter to INFORMATIQUE SERVICE.

The omission of these obligations invalidates the compensation by the carrier and therefore that of INFORMATIQUE SERVICE.

Deliveries refused in error or made to an incorrect address will be subject to a new delivery subject to payment of new postage.



TAll our shipments are made by Colissimo, at the prices indicated on the site when ordering.

The price is set automatically according to the customer's destination. In general, tariffspre-recorded for France, Europe and the rest of the world. It is always possible for a customer to check the price on the site: La Poste rates have been rounded.




INFORMATIQUE SERVICE undertakes to reimburse or exchange any defective or non-compliant product. In his complaint, the customer must indicate his contact details, the number of his order, the references of the product in question and the reasons for his complaint. INFORMATIQUE SERVICE will then exchange or refund it, including transport costs.



The products sold by INFORMATIQUE SERVICE benefit from:

of the legal warranty,  of the legal warranty against hidden defects et of the manufacturer's warranty.

To be able to benefit from the guarantee of the products, it is imperative to keep the purchase invoice of the products.

Warranties do not cover:

Abnormal or non-compliant use of the products,

Connection to voltages outside the recommended range,

Defects and their consequences related to any external cause,

Shocks, partial or total destruction of products by crushing,

Attack by chemicals, cleaning with solvents.

Product shipping costss  are the responsibility of the customer.

As a general rule, the legal guarantee does not apply to the repair of damage resulting from an external cause.

(The DIAG002 device is guaranteed for 5 years by INFORMATIQUE SERVICE, the manufacturer).


This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the court of Les Sables d'Olonne has sole jurisdiction. However, the consumer may, if he wishes and if he justifies it, approach a jurisdiction close to his domicile and only in the event of force majeure. This jurisdiction must, however, be located on the territory of metropolitan France.



These General Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between INFORMATIQUE SERVICE and its customers, both parties accepting them as they stand. Except modification on behalf of INFORMATIQUE SERVICE, these general conditions will prevail on all the other conditions appearing elsewhere.

These general conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
